I am curious but I know Microsoft wanted Call of Booty and all the phone games Activision has so things like the new MMO and the upcoming news about the new WoW expansion I know were pre planned months before Sadly I know market research is done in the pits of reddit. I feel it's market/player pushback as people still freely shit upon it from when it was first announced though the current days They started with an existing engine and they're still fumbling to get it released. That's the really damning part in my eyes. And even starting with an existing engine that is market tested and relatively successful inside China, they're still 4 years deep with no game to show for it. They started with the engine used in that Chinese game that looks like a mobile Diablo clone. We also know that the game is built on an existing game engine. They have run multiple betas including several region locked ones in the Oceania region. I don't think we'll ever know for sure why it's so delayed.Īll I know is what we can see, which is that Immortal was playable at both Blizzcon 20.
